Fenix NW20
Excellent whistle. Very loud. Maybe wear earplugs if it's not an actual emergency. Twin independent chambers make it harder for dirt etc to block the whistle. I have replaced my dog whistles with one of these on each keyring. They are quite small and light and will be useful in a range of settings.
